Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $99 or more to locations within the United States. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for standard delivery (this excludes weekends).  This policy may be extended during holidays and major weather events. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning a lost or stolen package since a signature is not required.  You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refunds will be issued.   Shipping costs are non-refundable.
